Sir Fred is a platform game by Carlos Granados, Fernando Rada, Camilo Cela and Paco Menéndez. It was published in 1986 under the Made in Spain label in Spain and by Mikro-Gen in the United Kingdom.
The player is Sir Fred, who must enter the castle of Beni-Gómez to rescue his kidnapped beloved. He can walk, run, jump, swim, dive, throw stones and fight with a sword, and he collects objects around the castle. The positions of the objects and of the princess change from game to game, and the map has several routes, so the game has multiple endings.
Made in Spain had earlier made Fred. Three of its members, Carlos Granados, Camilo Cela and Fernando Rada, later founded Zigurat, while Paco Menéndez did not join them. A remake of Sir Fred was made in 2005 by Daniel Celemín García.12
