Livingstone supongo is a 1986 video adventure by the Spanish company Opera Soft, the studio's first game as a developer. José Antonio Morales Ortega programmed it and Carlos A. Díaz de Castro drew the graphics. It appeared on ZX Spectrum, MSX, Amstrad CPC, Amstrad PCW, Commodore 64, Atari ST and PC.
The player is Henry Stanley, searching colonial Africa for the missionary David Livingstone, armed with a boomerang, a knife, grenades and a vaulting pole. In the first part he explores the map, finds the temple and collects the five gems needed to enter it; the second part is more linear and very difficult. The very simple final scene was the result of scarce memory.
The sequel Livingstone supongo II followed in 1989, and Livingstone, Lost Again came out for Java mobile phones in 2007. In 2023 Zerouno Games released the game on Steam in its Retro Golden Age line.12
