Abu Simbel Profanation is a platform game developed and published by the Spanish company Dinamic Software in 1985 for ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC and MSX. It closes a trilogy that began with Saimazoom and continued with Babaliba. Its hero, Johny Jones, has been cursed and turned into a round creature with only his large nose left intact.
To promote the game, Dinamic offered 50,000 pesetas to the first player to finish it. The cover was Alfonso Azpiri's first for Dinamic, and he went on to become a regular contributor.
The Commodore 64 was the only one of the four main Spanish home computers without an official port. That gap was filled on 16 April 2017, when a new C64 version was completed. M.A Software also made a remake of the game.1
