Kyattō Ninden Teyandē is an action platformer that Tecmo released for the Famicom in Japan on 19 July 1991. It is based on the anime known in English as Samurai Pizza Cats and reuses the control system of Tecmo's Ninja Ryukenden, known in the West as Ninja Gaiden.
You control the three main cats and members of the Otasuke team and can switch between them at any time, each with special abilities. The game adds a new character, Dr. Purple, and leaves out Nyagoking. It is fairly easy, because the player character is hard to kill.
The game was never officially released outside Japan, but it was bootlegged abroad as Ninja Cat, and in Russia it was known from pirate cartridges as Cat Ninja. An English fan translation exists that matches character and place names to the Samurai Pizza Cats dub.12
